IMO..
Intense train strength/blocking
Take strength to 48
Intense train blocking/agility
Take strength to 61
Start training agility/speed or agility/stamina either one is good but stamina might be more helpful if you go to a expansion team.
Take blocking to 68
At this point determine if you want a ROT or LOT
ROTs take Strength to 68
LOTs take blocking to 73
Back to both OTs After the above is done take agility to 68
Intense train speed/stamina or vision/confidence The goal is to get speed and vision past 30 so they can be capped later.
This all should take to your mid 30s or higher.
Last cap vision, speed so you can train stamina/confidence forever
Work on SAs at around level 40+
