The Black Sea Storm are looking for an HB that can be a dedicated return man. He will take all snaps at KR/PR but will not see time at HB. We need someone who has speed 60+, Agility 50+, Carry 40+, strength 40+, and stamina 25+.
There's an abundance of free agent HB's out there so this is a good chance to get a fair salary and some money for training. Our team is comprised of vet agents and we became a team in Season 7 and were promoted in our first year. We've been competitive despite being out leveled in EE A.

We went 10-6-0 in EE BBB4 last season
Made some noise in the playoffs upsetting two teams but we lost the Alpha Conference Finals. We got promoted to EE A where we are currently 7-3-0 in a league where our competition all out-level us. We've managed to hold our own through solid game planning and superior builds.

We planned the team back in Season 5. Played individually in the D-leagues in Season 6 and came together as a team in expansion EE in Season 7.

All players on the team have CE (+6 +ST), boost 3X per season, and are active forum contributors.
We expect the same out of anyone who joins.

We need a HB to play KR/PR only. Our CB is having trouble holding on to the ball after Bort's recent changes.

note: We arranged 18 scrim games last season - an indication of our level of activity. We also played in two tournaments and were the Champions of the Festivus Tournament

This player will be good for kick returns and for a starting running back. I can boost too. He was slowbuilt from the start so he did not get much playing time. I would say that this level 18 hb is more like a level 23 or 24.
