I think Martha Stewart may be able to help you out, but if I did have to prepare it, I would make it spicey, heat the oil and add chicken pieces to the wok ... pepper, zucchini, bok chow, mandarin oranges, red peppers, of course onions, and myself I would prolly add some broccoli to be honest, do you like ginger or not?

Making this dish is how the person likes it, Asain food at a Asain buffet normally isnt Asain at all its, American, yes 90% of dishes including eggrolls are American, secuan peppercorns, chicken stock, sugar you getting all this buddy?

the best chinese food i ever had was by these old chinese guys who didnt speak english... they went out of business for not paying their taxes, but damn, best mandarin and generals chicken ever
