Warrior General Games

Now that the Aggies/Bears game is over I'll try to predict the playoff seedings. Hope I don't hurt anyone's feelings its just for fun, however I feel pretty confident about this.

1. Polar Bears (16-0) This is a great team. I think the Bears will have a similar season to the one they had last time. Undefeated in reg. season and then upset somewhere in the playoffs.

2. Aggies (14-2) I think the Aggies will win out, with a couple tough wins down the road but will be looking good heading into the playoffs.

3. Leviathians (14-2) I think we will edge out a few teams down the stretch to finish 14-2 and claim the #3 seed.

4. Rush (14-2) I think the Rush will also win out, getting the 4th seed do to tie breakers. I believe since the 14-2 teams are all 1-1 against each other, next it goes to points for. Which would result in these seedings.

5. Grizzles (11-5) I'm guessing they lose to the Aggies and Bears in good games but beat the Bombers in the finale to claim the 5th seed in a tie breaker.

6. Bombers (11-5) Sorry bombers but I think you will live out your name in the second half of the season. However, along with the Grizzlies and Hitmen can probably beat any team in the league.

7. Hitmen (10-6) They have a tough ending to their schedule. However, this teams regular season record doesn't mean much they can easily beat any team.

8. Whooping Cranes (8-8) This isn't their season for the championship, but they will have a solid season. Even though they're far behind the top 7, they're a mile ahead of the other teams. With a good off-season they can be very dangerous in season 9.


What do you guys think?

I just don't know about the Bombers. They were less than stellar in their first 2 games but looked solid against the Hitmen. Not many real tests so far but they might be really good. I guess we'll find out in 2 days.

I agree with most of what you say but the Grizzlies have some work to do before we get anywhere. I figure we will have to win out to be the #5 seed but we will give it our best shot. good reading though

Nice write up... I would like us (polar bears) to stay in single A one more season before moving up to Double A.. I think moving up this fast it catches up to us and we have a horrible season next season. We would definitely be way way way out leveled next season in Double A..
Heres to stayin in A4 1 more season to get our levels caught up a little bit.........

I'd like to move up too. Being the underdog and pulling upsets would be fun.

Our brother team Taiping Golden Cats is having that problem right now moved up way to fast and now gettin killed by the higher levels. I agree it is fun to upset the top teams not so fun to win 2 or 3 games............

We've been here for 3 seasons and this is the first season we've been similarily leveled to everyone else, so I know what you mean.

I wouldn't say killed Boom (5-5) but for the CATS, we are not use to having this problem. The CATS went 14-2 last season and I was shocked to see the promotion, one more season in AA would have helped. As for the Bears, I must agree. As much as I would love to win that trophy, it would be nice to stick around one more season. But at this rate, we are just passing through.
