Since I haven't seen this anywhere else, I thought I'd take
it on myself. I am going to hold a poll for the E.E. Double-A #1 ALL-LEAGUE team.
This is for the entire DOUBLE-A #1 league, not just one conference!
These are the rules:
1. ONLY Players, GMs and/or Owners of players/teams in/of an Eastern Europe AA #1 player/team may vote.
2. You may NOT vote for yourself. However you may vote for TWO
players from your own team. All the rest of your players must come from other teams.
You must have a full ballot in order for your vote for your teammate to count.
After you're teammates name put to asterisks like this:
SS-Shawn Davidson-Valencia Crocs**
That way I know that they are your two teammates you are allowed to vote for.
++(please see my note at the end of this post for the reason for this rule)
3. Each User gets ONE VOTE, Period! You can have
three teams and fifteen players, but you get ONE VOTE. IF I
get too many wisenheimers, your votes won't be counted, and
players from your team will not receive votes!
4. Votes must be submitted via private message ONLY!
Any votes submitted here won't be counted.
Each user will name who they feel is the best player for the
following positions:

Votes will be tallied and honorees will be announced 5/24.
REMEMBER, you only get to vote once, so I suggest waiting

FB-Snow Plow Denver Avalanche
Please use the position by letter then a minus "-" sign,
then the players name, and team.
I will start accepting submissions on 5/20, and will stop

++ I want to limit the number of players you can vote for on your own team for the simple reason that it's less of a honor-the-best-players and more of a popularity contest. So the guy that has 10 players on one team gets one vote and votes for one of his guy, where as a team 2 has fifteen different owners, and they vote for one guy. Guess who wins? If you limit the number of votes you can give to teammates it makes it more accurate.
