Warrior General Games

1) Hawaii Phoenixes – Beat what appears to be a playoff bound Geelong, but by the slimmest of margins. I can’t move someone down for “not winning big enough” this aint the BCS.

2) Gold Coast Vipers – Destroyed a CPU team and up next is Orlando. Gold Coast is looking primed to knock off one of the other undefeated teams within Zeta.

3) Sack Sabbath – 2 Point win over Auckland. Battle tested is Sack with more wins over playoff teams than any other squad. Their offense sputtered in the redzone but made plenty of trips.

4) – Auckland Titans – Lost to Sack by 2. A couple things could have been fixed to help here, but one that I think sucks is the fact that we witnessed an NFL record 66 yarder that made the difference. Although with only 3 punts in the entire game, the offenses moved the ball well until the red zone. Eventhough I think we take Sack in the rematch based off out gaining them in every facet of the game, I gotta give Sack their props, they pulled that one out of the hat.

5) Orlando Lightning Bolts – Dismantled the Riders, pushing them up the rankings over the Riders.

6) Death Riders –Destroyed by the Bolts. Death riders beat Geelong, Geelong beats the Bolts, then the Bolts stomp the Riders. All in a weeks sims baby.

7) Geelong – Played a closer than we thought game with Hawaii. Geelong looked good or Hawaii bad, I guess we will see over time.

8) Texas Drillers – Caught a break with a very winnable game and did so as expected.

9) Hamilton Hellcats – Solid win over a lesser team, not much to talk about. Im sure they got like 100 sacks too.

Sabbath is dangerous guys. I have played this team time and time again the past few seasons and they are rock solid. Nice to see them doing well over in Zeta. But, like Alpha, one just never knows. Any of the top 8 can beat one another.

well you guys did beat cobden and taylor had a very close game with cobden so it go be close but you guys wont be favored to win, it would be an upset.

yup.. underdog is how we like it.. we were an underdog and came out ahead of Trilla and Sack Sabbath in season 6, beating both, and almost knocked off PM... I think that the Sawfish will make a statement in this game even if we don't win
