Has there been any official word on if the casual teams will be getting the shuffling like the regular league does to playoff winners and last place teams?

Last word was he was working on an all new way to do that. Apparently coming up with said new way of shuffling the casual leagues got postponed so he could add Team Colors... Woohoo!
