Last week was a pretty good we for my predictions. I went 8-1, only suffering a loss in the Soloman Islands vs. Phoenix Eagles game. I predicted two games almost DEAD on! Woo!

Last Weeks Best Predictions:
Rekohu Raptors vs. Memphis Kings
Prediction: 20-16 Rekohu
Actual: 21-16 Rekohu

Wellington Wizards vs. Mighty KC Chiefs
Predictions: 44-13 Wellington
Actual: 41-13 Wellington

Well, it's time to increase my winning percentage (currently at 41-10 or 80%).

Pittsburgh Steelerz vs. Phoenix Eagles:Last week I decided to predict Soloman Islands would take out the Eagles, but the Eagles proved me wrong. They picked up a very solid victory last week, and hope to keep on flyin'. Pittsburgh is looking like Oceania AA4's strongest team this season, and they really make you ask the question: "can even DECATUR stop them?" After seeing what Pittsburgh did to Port Moresby in week one, they make it extremely tough to pick against them.
Pittsburgh, 31-20

Redcliff Razmanaz vs. South Sydney Rabid Rabbitohs:Redcliff is currently in the easiest stretch of their schedule, which is a good break because they really get to test a few things out. Usually I'd suggest being careful, but I don't really see too much of a need. South Sydney really isn't a team that will scare too many.
Redcliff, 51-3

Melbourne Marvels vs. Kaka'ako Ka: If the season were to end right now, Kaka'ako would finish in 9th place and one place out of the playoffs; they're really hanging on by a thread. Melbourne, is sitting pretty at the three seed fighting their way to being an outstanding 7-1. Will the teams match up for a hard fought match? Doubtful.
Melbourne, 38-17

Wellington Wizards vs. Topeka Twisters: Looks like Wellington will get a bit of a break when playing Topeka, but I have this odd little feeling about Topeka. Can they spark a fire against Wellington and surprise us all? Probably not, but they can hopefully keep it a bit closer than usual.
Wellington, 52-13

Cardiac Kids MD vs. Memphis Kings: This could be a better battle then some of us expect. Last time these two teams played was season 6, when Memphis narrowly escaped with a pretty 5 point win. Wow, how the tables have turned. Cardiac Kids look like a pretty strong team, while Memphis is sitting rock bottom in Alpha. Hey, at least Memphis has good chemistry!
Cardiac Kids, 42-16

Soloman Islands Pack vs. Rekohu Raptors: Once again, another battle between Oceania AA4 originals. Soloman Islands is coming off of a tough four point loss to the Phoenix Eagles, and are now sitting at the 7th seed in the Alpha playoffs (5-3)...I'm sure that will change, though. Rekohu escaped a close four point game to one of Alpha's worst teams in Memphis. I guess a win is a win, but I'm sure Rekohu expected more of a blowout. Hope they aren't expecting much from this game!
Soloman Islands, 35-14

Alderaan Explosion vs. Williamsburg Colonials: Alderaan really needs to be put back on the right track. They've lost 3 of their last 4 games, and started off the season at 3-1 or 4-2. Williamsburg may be the team to put Alderaan back on the map. Williamsburg is really struggling in a tough Alpha conference, and will probably be demoted back down to the A levels unless they pick it up pretty soon. Alderaan looks a bit too tough for Williamsburg, though.
Alderaan, 38-7

Tonga Little Engine That Could vs. Mighty KC Chiefs:This could be an interesting game. Tonga has good depth, but KC definitely seems to be underachieving this season. The combined records of these two teams is an ugly 1-15. Ouch! Perhaps Tonga can escape the slums of Alpha, or maybe KC will get their second win of the season.
(I'm thinking I should predict a tie!) KC Chiefs, 24-14

Zeta's Finest
Samoa Savages vs. Dunedin Drones: If Dunedin can pick up some wins they're not supposed to, maybe they can have a shot at Zeta's playoffs. Samoa has struggled this season but they rebounded last week (after 4 straight losses) against Rochester Iroquois. Dunedin REALLY needs this win, but can they actually get it? Ehh...
Samoa, 31-23

Team Shout-Out
DECATUR STALEYS. They had a huge win last week, and can start to hit the cruise control button. They rank 1st and offense and 2nd and defense. It makes you wonder with a rematch, could they possibly beat Komodo the second time around? Maybe we'll get to find out eventually.

Who wins? DECATUR STALEYS vs. Pittsburgh Steelerz?

Well if you look at the score Samoa put up against Rochester it was similar to the score we put up against them at the start of the season when we weren't playing our best (hence bad decisions on my part leading to the Dayton loss)

I see Dunedin picking up a win but its going to be tight for us to actually get 8 wins.... can it be done?

Nice writeup. I am kind of bias when it comes to the poll so I won't vote

Won't happen, we're benching the kicker for this game. WSDP is citing "reckless ambition that is inconsistent with the our programs intentions" as the cause.

KC's owner is a great guy, and runs a great organization, but I think that Tonga has just missed a few things, as the owner stated that he only spends minimal time on here, that could be why, plus, his statement that they have a plan in effect, could mean that they are "throwing games" to go to A, and win a Championship, which will still be hard, then after that season they will try their hand up here again, though, I see the reason, nothing is guaranteed!

Don't know, but I do know that they beat us the first time, and deservedly so, they out gameplanned me and Decatur, and kudos to them, we hate them, but love them too. Great group of talent that they have, plus this is my first season as a OC EVER! So, I think that I am doing well, but still have tons, and I mean tons to learn about the position!

I think it would be a great game personally, and without being biased they have the better record in a much improved Alpha, they have won a Championship, and not by a little, but by a great performance. I think that they have one of the very best roster's in this entire league, so yes we would both have to make it, but if we were to face each other, then I would have to say that it would come down to whomever gameplanned the best, roster's and chemistry are the same, so it would / should be a great matchup!

I will have to split this and I really don't know much about Alpha, so I would have to do Zeta -

Offense - There are a few great Zeta teams out there......
Defense - Honolulu Skulls

In our promotion season, we didn't use AI's because I thought our OC made them...That's why he doesn't OC anymore. lol

Anyways, we made them in the playoffs, and that's how we avenged our loss to Port Moresby.
