I screwed up big time on not building stadium. So im trading the team for cash offers only. Thing is though, everyone will be returning when offseason comes. this is so i can build a staduim and be able to start paying for upgrades. So next season everyone watch out, the Coyotes(name will be changed to the Raiderz soon) will be back next season to raise hell. actually already have some lvl 40s ready to sign this offseason cuz of them playing for my last team that i owned back in season 4

You probably shouldn't have mentioned that all the players were going to be back next season. It might be hard to get good money for them if the new team's owner knows that there is no chance for a contract extension...
