There are some really great matchups this week. The playoff picture will come a little more in focus after this round of games and everyone will get a better feel for people's mindsets and conference chances.

Texas Bigga Bois vs. Pewntenheimer Pewnts
Key Player: LaDainian Peterson (LVL 13 HB) takes the starter position away from Fast Guy...today he proves he deserves it. Key Matchup: James Vita (LVL 15 WR) vs. BlooD OmeN (LVL 14 CB) Looks as if jvita17 is trying some matchup adjustments by placing James as his 2nd WR. We'll see if this helps.
The Big Bois really don't have much depth across their D-line. I expect this to be low scoring through most of the first half with an explosion of points coming from the Pewnts in the 3rd and 4th. I just don't see the Big Boys DL being able to withstand a persistent running attack. Pray the pewnts go heavy pass.
Pewnies 34-7

Gotham Crusaders vs. Hattiesburg Hangovers
Key Player: Look for Rock Treadwell to be all over the field causing mass confusion and chaos. Key Matchup: Night Night (LVL 14 LDE) goes lights out against Clyde PUll My Finger (LVL 4 ROT)
Its a shame a new owner has to inherit a depleted team like the Mad Wet Squirrels (which was merely a farm situation) and try to play in a league as competitive as USA A #4...and then to get thrown in the most competitive conference to boot. Hangovers finally take some of that new Alka-Seltzer Morning Relief (http://www.alka-seltzer.com/asmr/ ), cures their hangover and pumps up their pancake stats. Look for domination in every aspect of this game.
Hangovers 55-0

Seattle Storm vs. Philly Knights
Key Player: The Knights need Javon Willams (LVL 13 CB) to negate anything the Storm tries to put in the air. Key Matchup: Storms vs. their energy levels.
I really think the Storm is struggling w/their stamina and depth. I could be totally wrong and the Storm could be sandbagging some of their top talent on the depth chart...but they definitely have the players to win this. However, i think if the lineup stays as is, look for the Knights to attempt an upset. I'm going out on a ledge and taking the Knights in a squeaker.
Knights 10-9

San Diego Bolts vs. LUElinks LUEshis
Key Player: I must have a hard-on for this guy (third week in a row i've picked him), but he really is a game changer... Randal Kay (LVL 16 ROLB) makes it happen today. Key Matchup: Bolt Cromartie (LVL 16 CB) shuts down NPC fortytwo's (LVL 13 QB) attempts.
Based strictly on paper matchups, this looks to be one of the better games this week. Once again, I don't feel the LUEs play up to their level of competition. They look to have a better team, but the Bolts have proven week in and week out their consistency, the LUs have proven the exact opposite. Watch for the Bolt defense to nerf the majority of the LU LU's offensive attack.
Bolts 25-13

Monmouth Evil Monkeys vs. Hammond Bayou Bengals
Key Player: Joseph Rogers (LVL 17 WR), this man is the definition of clutch. Key Matchup: Its gonna come down to whether or not the Monkeys can contain those beastly WRs of the Bengals.
So we finally get to see a glimpse at the monkeys going up against some decent competition. After all the trash talk this week, this is a chance for one of these teams to either put up or shut up. Look for the Bengals to air the ball out as their run game will be non-existent. The Monkeys will try to stay balanced and wear down the Bengals later in the contest. Looking at the player levels, the Bengals must really want this. Close on paper and score, but not on the field.
Monkeys 38-21

Auckland Raiders vs. Twin Cities Wildcats
Key Player: Xexon B Scorin (LVL 16 WR)scores. Key Matchup: Cole Dorow (LVL 13 RDE) vs. Geno Makowsky (LVL 9 LOT).
Twin Cities is a perfect name for a team that mirrors its starting rotation with its backup rotation. Depth kills and Aukland won't be able to keep up. As close as it looks, the Wildcats stretch it out in the second half.
Wildcats 34-13

Fresno Anarchs vs. Laredo Lesbians
Key Player: Grey Lightning (LVL 10 HB) Key Matchup: Lesbians current roster vs. their updated roster.
The Lesbians are either having some serious energy issues, or they're trying to throw off someone's game plan. I know the Lesbians have some good players (obviously most are buried on the depth chart). This will be the closest the Anarchs have come to a victory this season, but can they overcome the Thespians deceptive roster? I'll i've to go with what i can see, the current rosters.
Anarchy 21-20

Houston Cougars vs. Buenes Aires Marauders
Key Player: Annie Man (LVL 15 HB) goes all blitzkrieg on the Cougars D. Key Matchup: The Marauders dominant O-line vs. IHOP. Who can make more?
Houston just can't matchup player to player w/the Marauders. The cougars have a weak offensive live, a paltry LB corp, and no depth. Buenes Aires takes a siesta and still wins.
42-6

This ended up as a 3-3 tie. The first one I have personally witnessed. I saw where one happened before I started playing last year in USA AA, but never actually witnessed one.
