If I wanted to build a LB and DT from scratch for a 3-4 defense, How would I go about this. Would like a step to step guide. Thanks in Advance.

god just use your brain.. you're not getting a positional build for every dude you make. Come up with your own theories, test them, and make 'em work.

NT needs super high strength (130+ with equip/VAs around level 48)
LB needs relatively high strength as well.
