Also, be sure to read the Announcement Guideline Manual. You can skip pages 442-478, 749-751, and 2309-2754 due to changes in the law. Also, as a result of these changes, do not forget to also read appendixes B7, H2, and AR14. These materials will be available from 9AM to noon on alternating Tuesdays, except in leap years, when they will be available only during a full moon.
