No one has stepped up to fill the shoes of SCACE, so I'll at least get this ball rolling here. For the new guys, we have played an interleague challenge against SAPL for the past 3 seasons, with OPL coming out on top each time....although the final margin was as close as it could be last year, with OPL winning on the tiebreaker by 1 Point. http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=1822795
I'm sure that SAPL will be out for revenge (again) this season and we need to make sure the cup stays where it belongs. If you are interested in participating, your team will be matched up against 1 other team from SAPL - very small commitment. If we get uneven teams we might need to do some cuts, but we had 18 participants from each league last season and should get close to that number again this season. I'll try to keep track of the signups below. Hope everyone gets involved, and if anyone wants to be the coordinator I'd be happy to step aside or be the co-pilot.
