What did he not pay up and who was the bet against?

Last season, there was a private forum that was the most widespread used one for pee-wee discussion.

Tans was being himself, saying his team was the best, he was the smartest, etc etc.
He made a bet with someone that whoever lost their game would permanently leave said forums. He lost.

My understanding, anyway.

Then he lost in the 1st round of the playoffs...
