.) (+1) Newfoundland Norsemen-I hate putting my team here, but no one else really should be.

.) (+1) DA REAL BEARS-DA BEARS are back. After being a contender as the Coronas in Season 6, they took Season 7 off. Now they're winning games. Sure, no one they've beaten has more than 1 win yet, but with the parity in this league, every win is big. Are now 2-0 against other caps teams.

.) (+3) Roman Raiders-I called this team in the pre-season and after a miserable season last, they are the real deal. With the exception of their Syracuse game, they've looked stellar with wins over the other two 3-1 teams. Those wins will come in huge down the stretch when we're talking playoffs.

.) (+3) South Bend Thunder-Made a statement against SSS. Match up against Merced for who is the Top Thunder in the Conference next.

.) (-4) Bristol Palins-Against their first real defense, they weren't up to the test. A two point loss isn't devastating though. They should be able to dodge some trap games coming up and still be in the thick of things down the stretch.

.) (+3) Merced Raiders Thunder-Big win in their toughest game so far this season. This team lacks the consistency to be a top team. With South Bend and Bristol up the next two weeks, we'll see if they are truly a playoff caliber team.

.) (-3) Syracuse Thrillers-This group of teams really lacks the consistency of the teams above them. Nice win over Roman keeps them up here after a loss to Merced.

.) (+2) Ottawa Force-A big win against WAE in a game they needed. They could hand DA BEARS their first loss this week.

.) (-4) Oshawa Hounds-Not even competitive against NN. Their Defense is still full of holes that any respectable OC will pick apart. I don't know if their offense has the fire power this season to carry them again.

.) (-2) Saskatchewan Screaming Sasquatches-Not even close against South Bend. They're clearly a team that will fall in the 8-12 range all season.

.) (+3) Vancouver Island Thunder-Defense will keep them in games, but their offense just won't be able to compete against the top teams in this Conference.

.) (+4) Niagara Daredevils-Brutal early schedule took a break and they got their first win. Rematch of their big upset last season coming next. If this team can squeak out some wins over the next few weeks, they'll make a late run at the playoffs as their schedule eases up.

.) (-1) Windsor Armin Excuses-Lost a game they needed, and have had a brutal schedule so far. They need to find at least one win, hopefully two wins, in their next 3 games.

.) (-3) EAST COAST PIRATES-Lost the kind of game they need to win. Could be a candidate for relegation if they don't start pulling some of those games out.

.) (-2) CASPER SPOOKS-Lost both games against ALL CAPS teams. Could be a long season for them if they don't find some wins.

.) (-1) Dawg Pound Diesels-Got the tough part of the schedule first and have been getting creamed. Need to find some wins or they're going back to BBB.

We just recently brought on a couple new coordinators after being without a DC most of last season and the first couple games this year. I'd expect Merced to be much more consistant from here on out.
