Well, we have decided to call an audible.

We have 18 FAs at 8/40-9/1, and with how difficult it is already to recruit, we have decided to restructure our team.
With a projected losing season this season, we will be hard pressed to resign our own talent; let alone any impact FAs.

Effective immediately, we are releasing all personnel from the Kenya KO.
Snatch em up, we have some GREAT builds in there!
Gurtshaw (CB), DR Hammer(Power HB) and Jack Martel(LB) should be prized pick-ups.

We have decided to form a team with myself, 007 and another friends combined players.
All our OWN team!

It seems (to us) like it will be much easier to form a winning team not having to deal with the difficulty of FAs, worrying if tactics are actually being set etc, etc...

Sorry for the timing, but we need to execute our restructuring ASAP.

For the KO'ers reading this, thank you for your service, sorry for the timing, but we need to make a change.

Kenya, I remember butting heads with you back in Africa A #5 a couple seasons ago. I've always had a lot of respect for your team. I agree that recruiting's a pain and if I assume you are doing what I think you are doing, you'll enjoy the results long-term. I wish you luck.

As a competitor, I'm disappointed you had to do this just before our meeting, but I understand that it's part of the game.

Eric, I have to agree with Club that we've assembled a top notch squad on the island of Seychelles and feel good about our chances, creampuff or non-creampuff. We'll let our play on the field do the talking, and hopefully not every team in EC will go CPU/slow build before we face them.

I agree with you that you've got a quality team. I just hate blowhards.

I plan on playing you again this season, one way or another. Hopefully it's one way. Heh. Although my team has got a nasty fight to get there. I like your chances, though.

And I wish we'd stop picking up CPU teams, too, and I hope the second try works better for the Kenya folks - this season was looking pretty good before all that. There's a lot of things that are hard in this game, and some of it that feels a whole lot like work sometimes. But it can be a dang lot of fun, too.

Jesus, add another creampuff team in the EC.

You are doing the right thing. We did it at Happy Hour last year and our only regret was not doing it sooner. Not having to deal with free agents is a reward in itself.
