I've just spoken with Sprovo, the owner of the USA Vactioners franchise. He asked me to inform you all that our franchise will be naming a new GM tonight at game update time. This will not be a face you recognize. Feel free to flame, debate, or discuss and stay tuned.

I was thinking - you guys should just make a news letter and people could subscribe. With the team chemistry you guys have, im sure it would get some issues to it.

Just look at the roster, the contract legths, and the costs of the contracts and you'll see that this team was built on the very principles that Bort and staff are trying to prevent. IMHO, the Vacationers were built dishonestly and I can't wait for them move out of our league at the end of the season so that they'er self serving attitudes/reputation can plague somemone else.

What are you talking about? Because we were willing to sign long-term contracts, it's dishonest? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

This is certainly an unusual turn of events.

there is nothing wrong with long term contracts? I dont, and I wont, look into their contracts, but if a player agrees to a long term contract, then everything is fine as far as im concerned.

And seeing how they cant be forced into it, then what is dishonest about long term contracts?

Or was it something else that was dishonest about them?

All of those contracts will change to three year deals over the offseason when I give all the players max bonuses again. All of them will be for minimum salary/3 years/max bonus. They would be 50 year contracts if the system allowed it. All I'm doing is getting commitment from dedicated players for a dedicated owner.

I'm sure Bort hates guys like me that have 3 teams full of active paying players. If Bort had a problem with us he wouldn't have grandfathered us into a group of multiple team owners.

Built dishonestly? How is that? None of us signed long term contracts when we joined the team. It was after we saw how dedicated Sprovo is to his teams and his dedication to winning that we signed either 5 or 10 year contracts. You don't hear up complaining so why are you?

Sprovo doesn't have any players on his own teams, can you say the same thing? Thought not. You just hate us because he's put together of players as dedicated to winning as he is and you know in two games you're going to have to face us.

This isn't worth a debate and I'm not going to argue my opinion, because that's all it is, just an opion based on the perception of what I see presented. If I were to fully research your team and collect publicly available facts, not hersay, my opinion might change. There is also no need to start getting nasty or hostile over one my opinion, but your publically displayed arrogance and immediate hostile position twards me speaks for itself.

I do congratulate you're winning success and hope you do well in the Pro league next year. And don't consider our upcoming game any sort of grudge match or set out to "prove" something with us. We're all just trying have fun, the same as you.

I suggest that you save everyone else the pain, and just let it go. This issue isn't worth losing any sleep over.

You can't just call our team dirty and then tell us it's not worth a debate and that we should let it go.

And you still haven't explained how players signing long-term contracts is what Bort has been trying to eliminate, or how it's dishonest.
