Thanks, I will be taking offers for the next few days and then decide.
He IS already boosted for season 8 and I have 20 unassigned SP's to spend.

Currently I have narrowed my choice down to 4 teams, but will still entertain any new teams that send me an offer this evening.

- I do not have to start as long as I get quality playing time (so a 3 or 4 Guard, high rotation, works for me whether I start or backup)
- I am sitting on 20 SP's and will take advice from the acquiring team as long as it is realistic advice on where to assign those points

How about a USA A team that's average level is in the 42-43 range? Current guards are 50, 45, & 42.

Unless I am mistaken (which is possible), the recommended league levels for USA are the same as they are for everywhere else.
If that is in fact the case, then all of those higher level players are being penalized, especially with their fame.

29 to 51 suggested, according to the leagues page.
