It's not often that I have a player on free agency, but here I am. This guy has been very effective at defending against pass rushers while also being a viable run blocker. I could see myself playing LOT on a running team or a ROT on a passing team.
Must haves:
He must be in the recomended level range of his new league. I am not going to accept reduced VXP.
The contract must a season 8 day 40 contract.
I must get 20 plays a game (but notice, I really could care less about starting. If an elite team in interested in me as a 3rd string backup and special teamer, I'd still listen.)
He cannot play in WEPL Zeta. I own a team there, and I'm not going to compete against myself.
Any team that don't not meet all 4 of these criteria are guaranteed to be eliminated.
Things I like:
Personalized PMs. In case you are wondering, "YOU ARE THE MISSING PIECE, WE ARE GOING TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!111" is not a very unique PM.
Active team forums. This is more than "Hey, our GMs post tactics!" I want a team where people really have spirit.
Teams with experianced and smart agents. As the owner, OC, and recruiter of a Pro team myself, I like being able to network.
Gary Williams punking Roy Williams yet again. Haha
Well run teams. This generally has a very strong correlation with your win/loss record.
Being in a Pro league.
Getting my level 48 equipment paid for.
OCs that know their stuff.
Things that make me unhappy:
The Washington Wizards being pathetic.
Offers with no PM/generic PM. If you aren't willing to take the time to recruit me, then you probably aren't willing to take the time to gameplan. This is not a good situation.
Trying to impress me with max contract offer. Seriously, withe the equipment fund, why should I care?
The Washington Nationals being pathetic.
Dishonesty. I have been around long enough to know the reputation of some dishonest owners.
