Phoenix Scorpions are CCIA's first challenge this season. They are one of the best, if not the best, team in the Eastern Conference. Last season they beat the Possom Trot Plague (now in AA), Cybermagination Dreams (now in AA), and Boston Bears. They had a tough, 7 point loss to the Fury. They beat the Mentone Beach Assault in a postseason scrimmage and lost to us by 4 in a postseason scrimmage. They are a quality team and one of our toughest matchups of the whole season. They have 100 Chemistry and our Chemistry is only 73, so that's a big advantage for them. Looking forward to a hard fought game!

Thanks Phoenix for an exciting and well-played game! Your team did a great job of scrapping till the end. Although you did not prevail, you showed why some people (myself included) think your team might well be the best team in the East! GL the rest of the way.
