My strength is 15 points higher than my blocking should my blocking be higher?

for a level 10, it makes sense that your STR is higher.

for a LT, i'd say BLK is more important.
for a RT, most would say STR is more important, but i'd call them equal on the right side.

is it good to divide the equip to blocking and str?

Ultimtately you will want blocking and strength to be about equal. With equipment my OT is at about 85 in each.

Yes. The best way to do it is to keep 2 pieces of equipment all blocking and the other 2 all strength. That way if you ever decide you need to go more in either direction you will only have to change 2 pieces rather than all 4.

ROT 95 str/75 blk
LOT 95 blk/75 str

both better than 85/85 this season, IMO. Can be accomplished by just doing 100% equip on one instead of splitting it. Then split the VAs, so you end up with closer to 105/85 at around level 40, assuming you capped early enough to get to ~75 natural on each.

bottom line though, is that any OT should build str/blk evenly, and use VA/equip to their advantage down the road.

at the low levels, strength is far more important. if you want success while slowbuilding, I'd see-saw your way up to 68/68 but do strength caps first.
