Anyone, actually?

A little. Really just trying stuff out regardless of who against. Haven't really scouted too much, just going with what we want regardless of matchups.

Yeah fair enough, i know we are trying a few different things just in regards to players positions on the DC. Nothing special.

I had BIG plans for this preseason in the area of experimenting until Bort decided not to implement the defensive play creator. Now I'm not sure what to do with myself.

Curious to see the kick returns now.

Not yet for me. There is not much to go off of. The Torpedo Cowthorpes played wildcat in their last games last season so I just went as generic as possible and hope for the best.

any success with that wildcat?

Exactly. I have a few free agents I want to get a good look at on film, as well as all of my as-of-yet unboosted players. I had some original thoughts on how to distribute their skill points but I've been hearing about some interesting shit going down in games now...so we'll see.

We didn't do anything for our game. I don't know if it is just me but wow, the sim seemed a lot faster this year than last. I think that just may be the increase in level and the teams are a lot better up here. But I had a harder time keeping up with everything. I had to watch some of them twice to see what was up!!

+1 The competition and team speed either increased or my sim was running on fast fwd.

We used this opportunity to try out some new plays on offense and some different tactics on defense. There were some plays I had never really used before that I wanted to test out to see how we would looking running them. The consensus we reached is that they were less successful than we would have liked.

Same here man I was gutted when he said it will take another couple of weeks i had 10+ plays ready to go

We're game planning... in a way. Our "game plan" is to try out a whole bunch of new plays. So if that counts... then =p

Bort increases the replay speed as you progress through the leagues. Check out the D League vs. Pro replay speeds. I know, I know...D league guys are a lot slower, but there are some legitimate 70+ speed players in D and BBB leagues. It's not the competition, it's Bort speeding up the replays.
