This season looked to be a tough draw as many of the teams have similar levels. All the BBB seem to be competitive with the majority of the A1s. Also, I found it interesting that there were no Relegated teams (too many CPU teams I guess).

Season 8: Forecast
Icelandic Vikings
Another 10-6 A1 holdover, the Vikes have a fairly sold roster of 39/37 with an impressive
Offense starting lineup. Looks to be the dominate team of the Division.
Projection: 14-2, #1

The Diamond Crusaders
Going 9-7 in A1 last season, the Crusaders appear to be loaded for battle this season. Boasting
a 39/38 roster, they are probably one of the heaviest hitters at the park (unless their gameplan
blows).
Projection: 14-2, #2

Palmer Moose
Holdover from season 7: 37/35 averages & 5-11 season 7 record puts the Moose towards
the bottom of the A1 hanger-ons. If they come up with a better gameplan, they could
move up the charts.
Projection: 14-2, #3

Amsterdam Chronic Crusaders
A1 holdover despite a 12-4 season 7, the Chronic is fielding a 31/31 roster. Their balance
is their strong suit, so we will see if they can put up a similar season.
Projection: 11-5, #4

Douai Sharks
10-6 team from A1 season 7, the Sharks boast a 34/33 average. They sport a couple of
standout players but are fairly deep & balanced overall. Should be a good team again.
Projection: 10-6, #5

El Campo Ricebirds
5-11 team from A1 season 7, the Ricebirds have a 34/31 average. But that is slightly
misleading considering the lvl 35 (QB,G,OT) 45 (HB,DT,DE) 41 (C,G,DT,LB). Their lack
of quality depth might bite them this season.
Projection: 10-6, #6

Olympus Immortals
BBB2 Champs in season 6, in A1 Season 7 saw Olympus put up a .500 season and miss the post
season. 34/32 roster may make for one of the stronger rosters,
Projection: 9-7, #7

The Evil Empire
BBB1's #1 Defense is now looking to continue that title in A1. Season 7 saw the Empire
put up a 14-2 record. Look for Death Star Stadium to be scarier than Oakland this
season.
Projection: 9-7, #8

Regensburg Steel Rain
9-7 in A1 Season 7, the Rain hopes to improve on last season. 31/30 roster shows a good
balance of O & D.
Projection: 8-8, #9

Frankfurt Thundercats
A1 team that went 6-10 in season 7, the Cats sport a smattering of lvl 40 players at random
positions. 31/33 roster could mean they fall anywhere this season.
Projection: 7-9, #10

London Rippers
BBB1 West Champs & 15-1 in season 7, the Rippers worked on all cylinders. Putting out a
balanced 30/30 roster, they hope to keep that balanced attack slashing up their opponents.
Projection: 7-9, #11

Italian Stallions
1st of the BBB promotions, the Stallions sported a high powered passing attack & 15-1
record in Season 7. 30/32 roster shows they may not be far behind the A1 holdovers.
Projection: 7-9, #12

The Forsaken
BBB2 Champs of Season 7, the Forsaken bring their #1 Defense & #3 Offense up to A1.
Fielding a 30/31 roster, their good gameplanning will make a rough day for almost any team.
Projection: 7-9, #13

Bavarian Motor Works
14-2 in BBB2 last season, BMW drives into A1 hoping to move deeping into the Season 8s
post season. 31/31 roster & a potent passing attack (#3 last season) gives them the ability
to strike quick.
Projection: 7-9, #14

Milan Cock Fighters
A1 team with a 10-6 in season 7, Milan is sporting a 33/32 roster. We will see if they
can stay near the top or become someone's entree.
Projection: 6-10, #15

Schiffertown Griffin's
1 lvl 21 player & the rest of the roster composed of CPUs. This team is an afterthought.
Projection: 0-16, Last

Thanks a lot for doing this, it seems to be based too much on levels, but that's more then fine with me

So... a combined record of 140-116. I'd like to see how that works

Also, this:Originally posted by OchO_CinCo

Kinda all he has to go off of. With some getting promoted, some not, etc. No way to know how well everyone gameplans without spending waaaaay too much time scouting all of the teams.

Good enough for now imo.

I appreciate it. I think that he did check out the teams some. He called us a good passing team and that is what we were last season so he did his homework. I think that it is pretty good write up.

I'd say this season is going to be tight for all. No REAL gimmies on the schedule except for Schiffertown. Going to be fun!!!

Nice write up, glad to see the Vikes getting some love, were getting stronger every season but still have a lot to prove.
