LOL, very good point. i'm used to being in the U.S. leagues and my teams always happened to be in the east, so no matter where i am, i'm always thinking eastern.
i meant zeta. so yeah, maybe i'll do zeta predictions on monday.
Here, I'll toss a preseason list out there. For the top 8 at least.
1. Madrid - Good season last year. Good chem. Will be tough to beat. 2. WV Mounties - This season, maybe the chem won't hold them back. 3. Naples - always tough 4. Starkvegas - needs a better offense 5. Dallas - have the talent to play with the top. can they do it this year? 6. Whitechappel - they played me closer last season so they get the nod 7. Hellenski - see above 8. Copenhagun - should be a safe bet to make the playoffs this season
On the other side, I see:
1. Frankfurt - one of two teams that can compete with the top of Zeta this season 2. London - see above 3. Demons 4-8 - not nearly as good, unless Maginot steps up

Ouch......I suggest you take another look at Alpha....There is another team you should not underestimate...oh...nm.....underestimate them all you like......

I thought about that after I posted. I completely forgot that Stirling was back with us! At the moment I'd list it more like this:
1. Frankfurt 2. London 3. Stirling 4.Demons 5. Maginot 6-16. not going to matter

Pretty funny we are at number 5 and we have not game planned a single game so far ha ha

1 - Naples Warhawks - outlevel pretty much everybody. chemistry will be fine by the time it matters. 2 - WV Mounties - appear to be well-rounded. no glaring weakness. 3 - Madrid Bulls - chemistry will be close to 100% by the time they face a real challenge. 4 - Starkvegas Vandersexxx - higher level O-line could mean a hell of a running game. 5 - Helsinki Hurriances - better hope the majority of the team comes off inactive. 6 - Whitechapel Rippers - low level overachievers, thanks to brilliant owners and GMs. banged your girlfriend or wife...or both. 7 - Dallas Conquestadors - low chemistry with a killer first 4 games. may start 0-4 8 - Detroit Hitmen - new kids on the block, don't know much about them. 9 - Copenhagen Bulls - good game planning gets copenhagen into the playoffs. 10 - Newcastle Knights - may surprise a team. 11 - Antioch Holy Hand Grenades - will at least double their win total from last year. 12 - Scottish Stampede - the team looks like it has a plan, might be a season or two behind the rest of the league though. 13 - Salt Lake City Utah - ummm.... 14 - Virginia Tech Hokies - CPU FU 15 - Dublin Irishmen - meh. 16 - North Yorkshire Federals - ugly, just ugly.
