so did you guys win the league last year? i seem to remember thinking that you guys were gonna be the top dogs down there early but quickly stopped keeping track as i had my hands full up here.

Probably cuz we used my untested Defensive AI I developed to take advantage of some 100% scenarios I've noticed the opponent play after many hours of scouting.
Although I'd much rather blame their damn Dual-Threat HB... #3 Rusher in the league across the board and #5 receiver in the league... bah.
although my HB was #1 rusher cross the board... but still
They did play a great game... and their RB really owned us

This offseason has just been too freakin long...especially having to stare at the talent level this league has!

Should be an interesting early game and a nice test for you guys in your first game up here. We had a little more personnel turn over than I had originally anticipating when our season ended ... so in some ways we have a lot different team and I am not sure what to expect from this new group. I think we took a step back level wise at 3-5 positions but were able to bring in a couple of better built players so I am hoping that will offset the differences.

Yeah the real world economy hit our team inwhich we lost quite a few agents ourselves...but we got a scrappy new cast of characters that I'm sure is gonna bring few surprises to the table.

Parity.... Man, has anyone seen a more closely matched conference than OAA3 Alpha? I haven't really checked out Zeta yet but I only see 1 slightly lesser team in Alpha so far. And they'll probably boost team-wide into the mix tonight....

Zeta has 2 or 3 teams that would be better off in an A league, but everyone else is going to beat up on each other. The 5 remaining playoff teams from last season all have legitimate shots at playing in the league title game, and the top 2 newcomers from each A side should get into the scrap also.
Hopefully I'll be able to coordinate our defense decently this year despite obscured vision from the 50 consecutive days of crying over the non-release of the play creator I'll be doing.

This is gonna be an awesome season. With everyone so closely matched, good gameplanning will be vital. Thats the way it should be.
