I've been procrastinating..still pissed about losing in the first round as the #1 seed.

Yeah, it's driving me nuts. 500 offers and 4 bites. WTF!

It's just a weird desire that people seem to get to feel wanted and desired. Once every two months or so they get a couple weeks to feel like the prom queen in high school, and my God do some of these people revel in it. Some of the ads are absolutely hilarious in their requests.

I like people who think they are the best i GLB and should be paided beyond anything reasonable, and then have the worst build in history (WR with 60 kicking "So i dont trip over")....
All of my guys that went FA have been signed by teams through agents i know. Im keeping it close to what i know works. Plus getting on a good slowbuild team is always nice when you have the need for a new player.

I hate it. I have been doing it every day since game 5 of last season. I am ready to pull my ears off.

LOL...sounds like its worse...great. Fantastic. LOL.

Really glad I took my name off of the casual league list, heh

After 6 seasons of it I just decided to go ahead and make all the players myself.

Welcome to my world. Come to think of it, I've signed exactly 4 people myself in about as many offers.
Offering nearly max cash and max bonuses for an 11-5 playoff team in Oceania AAA#1 because I can finally afford to.

And damn, isn't this the truth! There are so many drama threads in "Players Looking for Teams" for players over Level 40, it's almost a signal for me NOT to even waste my time sending an offer. Those threads just devolve into the same 5-10 teams sending 10-15 agents to bark their team name over and over again like it's some kind of Tourette's tic.

Yeah, the only way to really do recruiting properly anymore is to send PMs to good agents/owners/GMs that you know and ask them if anyone they know is available to fill your needs. Posting in the recruiting threads is just a waste of time.

Added a couple, but conversion rate is crap. We are at a disadvantage due to our leagur level. Guys want to play pro who are in the 40's, yet our division is filled with players in the 40's. Lower level guys look at our players in the 40's and are scared to join. It is a pain in the arse.

Just find lower-level players who are built right. Eventually you'll get where you need to go. You'll be better off with that than a crappy level 40 build.
