Take a look at Boof's build. He has a great ability to avoid sacks with his speed and agility, something many pocket passers of his level don't have (that I've noticed).
Also, has custom equipment that adds 12% to his pass quality and veteran abilities that add 10% to his throwing and a 20% chance of getting the ball out quickly with "Quick Release."
In addition, I had to use some bonus tokens or lose them so Boof will have an additional +5 bonus to throwing in the first game! Also has two skill points to use and is 66 points from level 36.
