Min salary and min bonus is fine but I will need level 40 equipment upgrades during the season, so I'd appreciate some help with that if possible.
He's put up great numbers these last 2 seasons, even with not much blocking in front of him. 71 hurries and 31 sacks last season is doomsday for any QB. Get him some protection and he's good to go.
