My center just scored a new pair of AE cleats with +3 Blocking and +2% Hold Block for $40K.

Sorry, just had to brag a little.

awesome. My center has found.
+3 blocking +1 protect
+3 str +1 first step
+3 blocking +5% hold block
+3 agility +1 protect
+3 str +1 pancake
ect..ect...

bastage, I only got a first step piece with no attributes. it has 32 tokens in it. I think i will try to find a piece like that after i get my other piece of custom (2 vision 1 run block) up to 32 tokens.

all i have so far is +1 Strength + 1 Line General. still looking but holding on to this just in case!

+1 Line General is good, personally I think that is the most important SA for centers, and it has the most value since it's in the last spot.

w00t I finally got a good piece, +3 speed, + protect for my LT this morning. Upgraded with a bunch of blocking.

I like that piece, and since you're Cs strength is probably to the +4 or +5 cap, that +1 strength has more value than it looks like at first glance.

My C got a +3 blocking +1 Get Low...

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I'm not sure if I should get one of the pieces I just rolled.

+1 Blocking, +1 Lead Block
+1 Foundation
+1 First Step

Any ideas if I should wait to find something else or if I should snag one of those? First Step could be nice since he'll engage the defender quicker (afaik), but Foundation is a pretty good one as well, but neither have any attributes. I don't know how well Lead Block works for o-lineman either. I was originally planning on waiting to find a piece with Line General, but I don't know how many times I'd have to go shopping to find one.

imo, these are not very good for your level.

Foundation is a good one, but you should be able to get some initial attribute bonus, and preferably 2 or 3.

While sometimes out-of-position SAs can be good, I don't see my C in a position where Lead Block would be useful for him hardly at all, if ever.

First Step, meh for C too.

you might grab the Foundation one just so you can stick tokens on it while you shop for something better, but if this were my roll I wouldn't look at any of these as my long-term keepers.

Just a few days ago I finally got a half-way decent piece after looking for basically the full season. :/ Vis+2 with First Step. Still not a single piece with Line General, though, and I see +3 gear almost as rarely. Bleh...

Basically what I was thinking.

I've found a +1 Line General and a +1 vision, +1 Line General piece. The first one is upgraded to +5 strength/+3 LG, and the second one +1 vision/+1strength/+1 LG. They are in different spots, so I will be upgrading both. By the end of the season I should have the second one upgraded to +1 vision/+3 strength/+2 LG. Including my CE that will be 6 free levels of line general.

I rolled a piece with 1st step and have it to the 3rd level, and it has seemed to help my guy a bunch.

Any one know what level you start getting the LG or Protect pieces? I don't want to start shopping until I know I have at least a chance to get Protect for my OT. I'll buy a cheap piece to get the BTs but don't want to waste too many shopping tokens.
