we just got here so i figured we could start a solid rivalry with someone who will be here til season 9 at least. i see the Q dawgs got promoted right away though so who knows.

this is for anyone who wants a rivalry with anyone not just for Beantown

Toxins did not appreciate you beating us 30-29 in week 16 to kill our perfect season. As a GM I can speak for my team, not my owner, but I would like to play you again. Winning this time of course.

If you were in the East, I'd suggest the Bears. A Boston/Beantown rivalry would be classic.

Oh, and with the amount of turnover between BBB/A/AA, I'd be shocked if a couple teams promoted this season aren't moved up next.

Hmm...A Houston/Tennessee rivalry could be interesting. Too bad it'll be as lopsided here on GLB as it is in the NFL.

we used to have a rivalry with the SLUGs and now were basically the same team

Well, being in the East kind of makes The Scorpions the west coast red-headed step-children, so I guess we'll pick on The Bicycle Clowns.

I'd like to nominate the Hogeyes for my Tighas, but as Joe Horn once famously said, it's not a rivalry if one team always beats the other team so until we get a W in the series, can't qualify. . .

I'd think for us it'd have to be Steel City and Idaho

no team could possibly be a real rivalry for us at this point. all the real rivals we had got demoted. so at some point, I hope to join them. But Im not droppign games on purpose to get there.

well we are down, it was a close game and we both came in here the same time plus our teams match up well together so talk to your owner and see if he is game

Going to have to agree with Detroit. Our rivals are Detroit and Steel City. We had an amazing battle in bbb11 and look to keep it going here.

I love the idea of the rivalry against our nemesis, the Bastards, who sent us tumbling after that late season loss. However, since we're in opposing conferences we might not even play one another unless it's in the playoffs. If we do end up facing eachother though I'm going to step out of character and predict a loss for Beantown. We're taking you down.

As for the Tennessee rivalry, that is definitely a possibility. I'm sure you'll hand it to us this season though...Ya never know though. I'm still pissed that you guys stole my Houston Oilers.
