One thing is for sure this season will be crazy. I was shocked at the rankings of some of the teams I had 10 and below. These are some teams that I thought I would have making the playoffs this season. The 7 invaders are coming in strong and Cardinal is reloading to make this a very interesting season.
So here is a quick luck at how I break it down as of now:
#1 Montreal Rulers - AA (3-13) - How is this team here? 3 wins in AA and might be a playoff team up there.
#2 Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen - BBB (16-0 league champ) - Dropped to BBB for one and now back up to A
#3 Manitoba Nighthawks - BBB (16-0 lost con champ) - Should make an easy transition to A
#4 Yellowknife Eskimo Hunters - A (10-6 lost 1st Rd) - right now the best returning team from A
#5 Port Royal Acadians - BBB (14-2 con champs) - Back up to A after a one season stop in BBB and should be right in the thick of things
#6 Vancouver Northern Lights - A (11-5 lost 1st Rd) - I wanted put this team about 10th but 2 seasons ago I picked them 6th they finished first. Last season I picked them 11th they finished 6th. They just have an awesome GM setup.
#7 Montreal Mutants - A (8-8) could be as high as a title contender, but they have to prove something after that egg they laid last season
#8 Hogwart Wizards - A (12-4 lost 1st Rd) ? team. Could move up or down depending on how defensive recruiting finishes out.
#9 Cardinal Redbirds - A (5-11) another team that is still recruiting
#10 Ottawa Jaguars - A (5-11) Depth is questionable
#11 Saskatoon Fighting Gamecocks - AA (1-15) defensive secondary depth is questionable
#12 Manitoba Direwolves - AA (0-16) need more depth
#13 New Colgne Bears - A (9-7) A good team in a rough league
#14 Medicine Hat Mavericks - BBB (13-3 lost con champ) they are going to find their first season in A to be a tough one.
#15 RC Gladiators - A (2-14) Should have got the chance to move to BBB leagues if not for a slow build and a CPU filled team that is now reloaded by the way
#16 USAORG Eagles - A (6-10) A good team doing things the right way, but the best thing for them is to move down to BBB leagues.
