This guy just became available to me and my network doesn't look like they need him, so hit me up with your best recruiting PMs. Here is what I'm looking for:

* Starting Spot Guaranteed #1 or #3 slot on passing team with great QB
* Decent Salary and Bonus, Nothing Earth Shattering, but nice nonetheless (just not minimum)
* 1 Yr Contract to begin, will hopefully lead to more
* Championship Contender - don't have to be the #1 rated team, preferably the team just on the outside looking in at the #1 spot
* Dedicated OC and scouts - Ketchen has always been on a Championship team with great OC/owner/scouts, I want to be surrounded by guys that know what they're doing
* Fun group of guys and active forums (I own a Pro team and I am always looking for new guys to bring into our network, share ideas with, etc etc)

Let the fun begin, I have always been the one recruiting his ass off, so this should be interesting to see what others do to land players
