I still have 17 skill points and when I boost to a 13 I will have 27 skill points. I plan on buying CE and the build you see is without any equipment (I can put it into the stat of yoru choice). I will be able to soft cap strength and get agility to ~30 before the season begins. Will make a great OT on a level 13 capped team or slow build team!!
