I would suggest asking your new OC and following his advice first when you sign to a new team.

Other than that I would probably cap confidence and then get new AE to replace the pancake AE. I would look for run block, pass block, get low or foundation. Then all SP into run block or pass block. Thats just me. I like run and pass block SAs the best for most linemen. They're the first in line so they're easy to improve. Thats just me.

Good advice.

Oh and wait until next season to mess with your AE. Only 8 bonus tokens cary over from season to season. You don't want to lose any bonus tokens.

Well my last OC played me at LG since mine was the only G on the roster agil enough to fight those DTs - I guess.
However, dunno if I will do sell my PC SA. But if something better comes my way...hey why not.
Right now I trying to figure out whether training jumping does help him in terms of explosiveness or not...any opinions on that?

I read that jumping does nothing. If I were to train a weird skill it would be tackling. After all it is a minor skill. I think I read somewhere that getting all minors past 25 is helpful. Of course that could be a GLB myth.
