**Enough cash for LVL 40 equipment
**Winning tradition/attitude
**Active forum
**Offer me a starting job
I have made pretty solid builds of my players so I believe I have a pretty good kicker, even compared to the ones that are higher leveled than myself. I was on a team that won one or two games last season, I can't even remember.. that's why I did miss field goals, morale and confidence was low because our team was way out leveled.
