You can vote for ALpha and Zeta if you want or just your conference.

Your ballot should look something like this:

Alpha Off MVP
1st
2nd
3rd

Zeta Off MVP
1st
2nd
3rd

Is there a rule about not voting for your own guys?

no there isn't. We just urge people to try and be as unbiased as possible

No offence....but how come there are 2 kickers on the list that arent even top 5 in their specific list for both season as play offs? Shouldnt the MVP go by who is highest on the list per position, or at least let that count?

I mean Micheal Smith from Malmo has 38 field goals in the regular season putting him on top of the list as kicker. Number 8 on the same list is now part of the MVP voting thread.....

Ok, let's be honest here. There are 2 or 3 guys in each division and and each side of the ball who are the true contenders. The other names on the list are there because their owner/team wants them to get some recognition for what the bring to the table. I haven't looked at the K (kicker MVP, really? not in my lifetime buddy!) but I'd assume that there are a lot of 4th Q or game winning, or 50+ yarders... something that isn't obvious from looking at the leader board.

just my two cents...

Lobbins thinks that if teams aren't putting forward nominations, then the awards committee should nominate for them.

There isnt a special teams or kicker category, so maybe the reason those kickers were nominated was just lack of other options on the team.

The Jetts kicker had the 2nd highest FG%, that alone should give him at least a mention for MVP, not to mention he scored almost a quarter of our points. That's why he is our MVP canadate.

James Arkansas is #2 for FGs and #7 for XP so I don't know where you're getting your info. Yes, I nominated him because I did one offense, one defense, and one special teams. Plus, kickers are a joke.

I also took a player's level into consideration. For instance, the CB that I nominated is eight levels behind most other top CBs but he's right in the mix statistically. That says a lot to me about a player. It's easy to pick a level 45 guy that was overmatching people week in and week out, but what is the value for the level?

MVP to me is Most Valuable Player, regardless of what position or what level a guy is. If your guy is a 23 level and he is the best player in a league full of 40 plus level players then you are right he should be MVP. If your kicker is the best player in the league then he should be MVP.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the owners supposed to send in their MVP candidates. So if you are not on the list and you think you should be you need to take it up with your owner.
