It goes in order of which team was closest to making it. Records don't matter. So since we made it to the ZCCG we'll be the first to move up after Cleveland, then it's probably Micro b/c they lost to Cleveland followed by the Hammers (our 2nd round opponent)

And looking at it as we stand right now, Micronesia is ahead in almost every category and the most important one is number 5. Not that we want to be promoted but because of HDW's turning CPU, we have basically taken their fourth spot.
So as it stand right now, here is how the formula seeds the teams:
1) Guam Tigers (Automatic) 2) Cleveland Dawgpound (Automatic) 3) Samoa Flying Foxes (Because of number 1 and and even if HDW had not gone CPU) 4) Micronesia Megalodons (Because of number 5 and HDW going CPU) 5) Fiji Ventures 6) Wagga Wagga Wave 7) Wollongong Hammers 8) Danish Contract Killers
