Fiji Panzers vs Palau Pimp Smackers.
Definatly the game of the year. To be honest, I don't know how many people would have guessed this championship match, but both teams deserve it. No matter the winner, I will say they are the best and I have no problem with that.

Both teams were solid in their conference, and both have just played great ball in the playoffs.

Palau played a pretty solid Amarillo team that has held Palau to their lowest point total in the playoffs. Palau continued on to face one of the most dominant teams in AA all season, but they took down the great Golden Coast Titanz and continued on. Palau put up a great fight against the Guam Gamecocks and also took that game home by a comfortable 20 point win. Palau has had an amazing tough road, and is just on fire. This is one of the better teams I have ever competed against.

Fiji had maybe the most tough road of all. They faced a great Krakatoa team who had nothing to lose and played their best, but Fiji pulled it out with a 25 point win. Fiji then faced probably a top 5 team in AA#2 and took down the Hueco Mundo Hollows, Amazing! After that, Fiji played Asau and that was a dog fight. Asau was just on fire and playing maybe the best ball in AA#2. Fiji, apparently, didn't get the memo. Fiji is just one of those insane teams that went from OA#3 last season, to OAA#2 this season, and they are headed up again for season 8.

This game will be one of those few games that people might look back on for a few seasons and say wow. I am so ready to watch the film!

My Prediction:

Fiji Panzers take home the W, and the gold to the tune of 27-20.

Speaking of Krakatoa I didnt know they were folding after this season as i see they are CPU now.

Maybe I missed the memo.... Never really got to play them but i remember them from OA3 and they always had a tough team that competed really well.

I remember playing them very well. They were some scrappy guys. Definatly a sad loss. They had one of the better owners, and a great team.

Alex was a great owner, sad to see him having to fold, he built a great team in Krakatoa

Congrats to Palau... I enjoyed this season in Oceania AA#2.... There was excellent competition and sportsmanship from most teams... Thanks for the great games everyone!!!!

Great game Palau...losing always sucks but going to 2OT in the championship game is how championships are supposed to be won/lost. Good luck to everyone next year. Hopefully more than 2 teams advance this year!

Appreciate the kind words from everybody.

Just got to be too much work trying to deal with the daily upkeep of being an owner. It was a fun run, but I didn't want to do something on a game that felt like work.

I hear ya man. Its obvious that the higher u move up the more times it seems to take. I'm def wanting to add a lil extra help this coming season because i got real busy for 2 weeks and wasnt able to be on much so i know what u mean.
