BRUSSELS--On the heels of a shrewd negotiating effort by team owner Fezmid, Brussels LB Focker Z has had little difficulty finding the time to be critical of his new team, particularly starting LB Buster Highman. After singling out Highman as the reason for the Cows recent loss to the Arkansas Razorbacks, Z intimated that Highman should be forewarned of a 'guy in a black suit carrying a tire iron running at you before the game against Frankfurt tomorrow'.
Shortly following today's home game - another loss - against the Frankfurt Heat, further criticism was levied against both Highman and the coaching staff. Said Z, 'Unbelievable...I've been recruited by the best owner in the league, only to sit behind this LOSER, Buster Highman. Did any of you happen to look at his stats from the game? Sure, he had a few tackles...big deal. The most important stat, however, is the TFL number. Do ANY of you know what this means? Well, let me tell you...it means "tackles for LOSS". This jackass had THREE of those!!! And what happened? We LOST!!!!
Buster Highman is the Mark Kelso of the Brussels Cows!!!!'.
No word yet as to whether Z and his agent will pursue a trade, though one anonymous souce deep within the organization indicated that Buster Highman's knees may be at continued risk for injury by unknown assailants, possibly as early as this evening around 11pm.
