Africa Pro's Season 7 Elephant All Conference Team

First and foremost I'd like to thank all of the owners and gm's who participated in this years vote. Without any participation this idea never gets off the ground. In total 12 of Elephants 12 human teams voted making for the first ever perfect season of voting.

Winners at each position were decided by a popular vote. Those who got more than 1 vote but didn't win the overall tally were given honorable mention. Members of the All Conference Team are automatically nominated for the team the following year.
