Warrior General Games

A few upsets in the first round pave the way for some entertaining second round games in both conferences.

Bay Area vs Roswell

Roswell brought it back late on in the regular season to run Bay Area close, but face a team that has had an overpowering offence up to this point in the season. Roswell will be relying on their creative coaches to work out a way to make up what is a significant level gap. Bay Area remain a firm favourite, but expect it to be close early on.

Anchorage vs RGB

Historically a very close matchup, A#7's most steady offence faces up against one of it's most explosive in a game that should come down to D. Historically RGBs QBs have a panic attack against Anchorage's odd coverage, so this could be decided by whether the Maulers can stop or at least slow Awooga like they did Maroney in the previous round.

Holly vs Ambush

Ambush did well against ATK in the last round but run into a Holly team they match badly with. Holly cruised to a mid-season win and should be big favourites for this game as they look to secure a 2nd consecutive promotion.

Savannah vs Miami

Savannah blew out Miami in what was a high scoring early season affair. They'll be hoping for a repeat and a carry over of their decent D against NC in the first round as they face up to an inconsistant Miami team that flattened Philly in the first round. Close game to call but probably a Savannah win.

So RGB, are your QBs going to show up this time or go hide under the bed as usual . Awfully silent from the Berzerk camp today.

Oh, and can you give this 10 tonn.......I mean good luck charm to Awooga for us, we hope he'll wear it for our game.

sorry no one was at the warehouse when they tried to make the delivery they said the would try to deliver it next week LOL

Should be a good game with Miami. I know how revenge feels, and I also know that they will be looking for it! We will be ready!!!

I think our QB's went to the same place as the Maulers 2nd half defense.
My guess is if we can get another 21 unanswered points we should win.

BTW.....Awooga already carries 30 tons of extra equipment....how do you think he breaks all those tackles? Nothing lucky about that.

inconsistent really?

Yes really, you've lost to a number of teams i'd have had you down as beating this season, then you've played excellent in a few of the even tougher games and got a couple nice results.

We only lost 3 games, each of those games was to a team that was on a equal level to ours.... "to a number" ???

Might I point out are that those 3 losses were also to only other teams left in the playoffs from the East

The only thing inconsistent is you scouting about the Frogs inconsistency.

mwahahah!!!! watch as the road frogs gorrila stomp all over the hawks. Only 3 losses of the season were against the other top 3 teams in the conference, not to mention early in the season when our chemistry was low.

........So like I said,

WHEN YOU HEAR RIBBIT RIBBIT!, RUN FOR COVER

also last i checked loosing by 17 pts is not exactly a blow out.

We don't make excuses for the 1st loss; but we made our corrections and are going to bring it. for this next game.

Perhaps I overrated you at season's start, as I expected you to beat Hell's and Savannah, and would have expected you to be Montreal and Warsaw in the friendlies you had.

And yes, 17 points isn't usually a blowout but when you give up 55 points and lose i'd class a game as a trouncing.

Friendlies = time to mess around with some settings to see how they worked
