Don't mind me, I'm just a GM of a lowly AAA team, but I was wondering if there were going to be any more team sellings in the Pros besides Melbourne and Tonga. I'm trying to figure out how many "wildcard" promotion spots there will be (outside of the 4 guaranteeds). There are a lot of great AAA teams that I know would love to get a shot in the Pros, us included, and knowing that info would make for a less speculative day 40.

So far there's 6 teams. 2 teams in each league being relegated, and the 2 teams that are being sold off.

We aren't selling, FYI. I'm trying to work with the admins to get us moved to the bottom after I release everyone though.

My mistake. Though it essentially serves the same purpose.
Best of luck in your rebuilding endeavors. It takes a lot of guts to start from scratch and work your way up from the bottom.

That is where I had the most fun, tbh. I liked the building of the team...keeping it competitive up here lost interest due to the jumbled recruiting process, the ever-changing targets and the increasing need to spend more time in the AI (which is not user friendly).
But its a Beta, so meh

thank you to both dpell and shutd0wn - i know we had a tough year, but it's kinda like giving a kid a brand new bike, letting him play with it for a few days, taking it away, giving him back his old piece of shit, and telling him to get lost while you throw dog shit at him on the way out the door.
i'm fine with it, as i've stated before cuz i know i'm going to be back up here at the end of season 8 either way. And those ways include, but may not be limited to:
1) Being left in O-Oro via some act of God (who will be portrayed by Bort)
2) Kicking ass in AAA
3) Whining like a bitch to support about how unfair it is
4) Finding where Bort lives and pulling a "Talented Mr. Ripley" on him where I can then just do what I want
I'm just stuck right now trying to figure out which of these will provide me with the most entertainment - and if i drink enough tonight, #4 could be the clear cut winner.
