As always final grades are based on playoff wins but I started this so I might as well finish.

Comments The dust has settled and the Smokers are on top. Im not sure anyone else saw that coming, I did, but its ok if you didn't. With huge 4th quarter wins over Dublin Foy and Cardiff they have earned their upcoming rematch with the Lisbon Goons. The only conference team to beat them this season. That was 4 weeks ago and only one team has beat the smokers twice in a row.

Comments Three big wins this quarter over Dayton BOR and Lisbon had them sitting pretty coming into the final game against Amsterdam, but the wheels fell off and they slid to the second spot. Because of this they draw Dayton and their last match ended in a 24-23 thriller.

Comments The same story as above but add a running game and take away the passing. They had 2 great games against BOR and lisbon, but the Smokers were too much for them. They played CCC way back in week 3 and managed a 3 point win. CCC has the second best win streak in league coming into this game should be a great one.

Comments BOR keeps their home game by only losing to the 3 teams above them. They have a great defense and an offense good enough to hurt. Their last game with the devils was the defffinition of BOR football. I can see them going far this season.

Name: Dublin Devils

Comments They lost their home game by an untried FG with 6 seconds left. That just sucks. This team made a damn proud showing of themselves coming out of A 3 this year. Next season they could well be the best of the bunch. They have to play BOR. Not a game I really like for them, but if the offense gets rolling not much can stop it.

Comments You remind me so much of the smokers last year dropping a lot of games early hitting the CPU and never looking back. TIB wont tell me what he did to fix it, but its sure as hell fixed. They've drawn Foy a team whos so much like them its not really funny. I give the edge to the team that hasnt lost in weeks.

Comments The whole second half of the season has been a huge disappointment for Dayton The offense dropped like a rock and while the defense played good enough to keep them in it that just lead to heartbreaker after hearbreaker. That said im still way happier to be playing Lisbon. If ultra flips the switch and that offense works theres nothing they cant do.

Comments The hardest quarter of any team and they simply couldnt meet that kind of challenge. Backing into the playoffs against a team like the Smokers Even with the win in the head to head is no real treat.

Since the only objective in this game is to win the championship the rest of the teams have all failed in that respect.

Looks good, but damn you must have CCC on your mind. TIB is gonna think you are obsessed with his team since you graded it 3x.

I thought we were better than a B. The only teams we lost to were higher level than us. I feel good about the playoffs.

You went 3 and 1 thats a B With the 4 games you had to play its a B to be proud of too. The devils got a B+ for their efforts because they should have won all 4 but for 1 bad play choice.

We may have backed into the playoffs but we are in and that's not bad for our first season in AA. We should have split our last four games in Murderers Row but mistakes and missed opportunities hurt us. If we play Lisbon ball, we can beat anyone in the division. So let's do it again Amsterdam, it should be fun.

Dayton and the Goons are alot alike, both dropped from 1st place to nearly missing the playoffs all together. This season will be a real challenge for every game of the playoffs, from top to bottom I wouldn't be surprised at all if all 4 games are upsets.

Oh, and Dayton's last 4 losses have been by a combined total of 8 points, talk about kicking the monitor after watching each of those games.........

I know ultra, and i feel for you I do. My poor laptop would have never made it through the last 4 games if It was me.

I agree with you that each match up could go wither way, The only upset that would shock me is the Smokers Goons We simply arnt the same offense they beat on week 3. Course I could be a little biased.
