never built an o-lineman before so i could use some help... i was thinking of capping strength while training blocking & agility! then at lvl 4 i wanted to cap blocking while training agility & vision... these would be my first steps

I'd say soft cap str / blocking while intense training confidence / vision, then work on agi / speed. Of course you will have to put some into stamina at some point, the amount really depends on your average play count, if you get in more plays you will need to train it a bit more so you can stay in a game longer.

Bring strenght all the way up to 68 unequipped while training blocking and agility.
When you reach 68 on strength, switch your training to agility and stamina and bring blocking up to 68 unequipped. This should take you about 18 levels.
Once you get blocking up to 68 switch training to stamina and speed and start building agility up to 60 unequipped.
After agility is 60 raise stamina and speed up to about 40 and switch your training to vision and confidence - you would train these 2 for the rest of your career. When you make this switch an more skill points you get from levels up can be pumped into SAs.

It will take you about 4 seasons before you starting building SA's. You will be competitive most of the time, except maybe some of your first season.

Getting strength and blocking up to a high level early for a center is important because of all the auto points you get in these two attributes when you level up. The sooner you get these two skills up to a high level the better your player will be at higher levels.
