I don't remember anything about the 4th quarter. Had to look it up on espn.com to find the final score.

I'm still kicking myself for not taking the Cards +7....

Did that guy even watch the game???

"Big Ben got away with an obvious intentional grounding" .... You mean the one where he was 4 yards outside the pocket??

"a should-have-been-ignored roughing-the-holder penalty" .... WTF??? Did he expect the Refs just to say... Oh I didn't see you run over the guy that was already on the ground looking the other way!

I do agree that last "Fumble" should've been an incomplete pass, but it at that point it was an insignificant call that wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game.

He does however go on to say, "Did the better team win the game? Absolutely."

If anyone wants to talk about having a game handed to them, should go back and review that NFC Championship game!

actually if the last play fumble was called an incompleted pass, adding the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on woodley that would give Arizona the ball around the steelers 30 with 5 seconds left and time for a reasonable Hail Mary toss. though i saw the next day on ESPN that the head of the officals said the replay would have supported the fumble call had they done it during the game. still they should have at least looked at it.

and damn those Steelers refs calling a holding penalty in the end zone to give arizona a safety when Big Ben had completed a possible rally killing pass for a first down on that same play. i'm not sure why the "the yardage was close only because of flurry of flags in the 4th quarter " (or however he said it exactly) on the steelers doesn;t seem to count in his eyes though. and when they got a chance to take another look on the challenges they got the calls right. if the plays had stood that's another story but the steelers refs changed the pro-steelers call on the field after a second look. and the yardage would have been a bit closer had the unsportsmanlike conduct call on harrison (who probably should have been ejected after using the arizona guy as a punching bag) had taken place with the ball somewhere other than the Steelers 1. half yard vs. 15 yards is a little bit of a difference.

i'll still take the win regardless.

I still think that play cost him the Game MVP...

i think once steelers had to make a comeback it was going to go with whoever got the final score which was either Holmes or Big Ben via the Brady rule (if the QB drives the team downfield for the winning score the QB gets it) but the degree of difficulty of the catch pushed it in Holmes favor. don;t forget Harrison if i recall right didn;t have a single tackle the whole game.

now had the 20-7 or some other score where Arizona never took the lead held, then Harrison would have probably ended up with it in my opinion. but after combining "the drive" with "the catch" (versions 2.0 sorry Elway and Clark) i don;t think Harrison had a chance anymore.
