Our offense apparently opted to watch the Super Bowl instead of show up to play.

yeah, good game Dresden. although i'm not reading too much into the W. i suspect you weren't pulling all of your tools out of the toolbox, as it were.

Yeah, clearly playing it close to the vest since I was testing a couple things against some particular plays that were never called.

Anyway, we'll take the home games. <- Yeah, that's right, no losing in the second round of the playoffs this year. Count on it.

Not sure how to feel about this one.....

Dresden wins and we (RAC) play them in the first round. They just stomped us.
Essen wins and RAC plays them in the first round. We haven't been stomped by them since game 2.

If there is a positive correlation between time since stomping and chance of upset win then I'm happy with the results.

Wolves 3 - 1 Watford

Man how Watford has fallen....they were EPL only 2 seasons ago I believe.

I don't know if I mentioned in my other post, but I'm a big Everton fan.

Everton are going well this season, i prefer them to Liverpool. But to me they are all just a bunch of Scousers that nobody likes

I still don't understand how that happened last season. But there again, we were the beneficiary of an extra home playoff game last season because of it, and now you are the beneficiary of an extra home playoff game because our offense played worse than the Chesham Sharks and Cedar Creek Wildcats. No shit, they gained more yards against Essen than we did. How pathetic is that?

It's almost enough to make you fire your GM's publicly, gut the team, than spend 11 million dollars in the offseason on badly built players who are grossly over leveled for the league. Hopefully Kronborg, Dublin and Gibraltar won't look at that game and figure out what Essen did to stop us so effectively.

Seriously though, our whole season and league statistical rankings have all been done with a combination of smoke, mirrors, and beating the crap out of inferior opponents. This is a 3 team race, and we aren't in it, we've been beaten badly by all three of them. We'll probably stop the misery tomorrow with a merciful loss to Kronborg and we can plan on retooling for season 8 in WEA2.
