Not to take anything away from Cobden's backfield (or any number of other halfbacks), but SAM I AM has been a key component of Mont-Joli's offense this season. He's likely to top 1000 yards rushing and receiving, and leads the Mooseknuckles in receptions. Granted, his stat line against Moosehead looks anemic at first glance, until you realize that the Thundering Herd completely shut down everyone in a Mont-Joli jersey -- and that SAM I AM kept the game from being more of a blowout than it already was.
Yes, anyone who posts a "look at my player!" thread is inviting scorn and ridicule, but give credit where credit is due. SAM I AM is hands-down Mont-Joli's MVP this season, should be on the shortlist for conference MVP, and -- while he may not be the most deserving candidate -- can certainly make a case for league MVP.

i don't competely agree with u on this one and it all stems on what your Definition of MVP is. It looks and sounds like he would definately get your team MVP but i disagree with hime getting the league MVP. He is close to the bottom of the page in most every stat for rushing and thow he did have a good receiving game as well, evan watts yards per catch is almost doubled along with some other HBs in the League and not even on the first page of the league stat sheet when it comes to yards per catch. not trying to deminish his importance to his team, but in my opinion when talking about the League MVP, he is no where to be found. and i am not saying my guy is either.

I would probably put either
DT Temor Rush
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=653253
or
HB Michael Shaw
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=755343
Or
QB Tommy Share
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=127770
as my league MVP candidates
Bunch of tough HBs in there to choose from so i picked the one I thought was the best all around out of the bunch
I would probably have to go with tommy share althow i am alittle biased. he is heads above all the other QBs in the league

That's the funny thing -- the OP doesn't say which MVP award he's picking up. For all we know, it could be for eating hot dogs during halftime.
I agree with you about Michael Shaw, though. He's been incredible for at least the last two seasons.

Tremor Rush and Lord Xenu are my two candidates, offensively and defensively, but only because we can't give 1 MVP award to 10 OL's. They're the reason Xenu has so many yards. Tremor Rush on the other hand has single-handedly shut down some very good teams. We're going to ride him to AA ball and beyond.
