I'm interested in the opinion of the other tape studyers. Do you spend much time looking at other teams scrimmage games?

I'll glance at them. I tend to look for what teams execute well a little more than tendencies and sometimes
scrimmages offer the best competition.

I look at recent games against good teams.
Fortunately everybody we play, played Medan the week before. Gives a good game to scout against a team similar to us every game.
I do better not scouting much though. I just like to run my stuff as long as there isn't something drastic I need to look out for. Of course I scouted Ujung a ton and we saw how that turned out.

Ujung has to be a fun team to scout.. having played ..18? scrimmages on top of our regular schedule.
Definitely plenty of potential substance to look at.

Scrimmage games are a hard thing to scout in my opinion as most of the time people are trying things. I know on Defense I try some crazy blitzes to see how they work against formations and down and yardage
