My Thoughts:
Gaffney would have to lose to both the Snow Cats and the Stanleys and TBS would have to win out in order for the Indians to lose the #1 seed. I don't see that happen. I am not saying they won't lose to Surrey, but even if they finish with the same record as TBS they win the head-2-head. Don't look now but the Richmond Rebels are sitting in the 8th seed, will we see a rematch?

My Thoughts:
Ryan has moved TBS up from 4th to 2nd in my rankings in the last 2 games. He continues to have the best Defense (IMO) in the Western Conference and probably the whole league. After Algoma's upset to Surrey Ryan now gets his shot. This game is way bigger for Surrey than it is for TBS. TBS can't gain or lose any ground in this game. A win keeps them in the #2 seed. A lost keeps them in the #2 seed. All I know is I still don't want to play that defense in the playoffs!

My Thoughts:
Well I had a very, very good feeling that the Fighting Stanleys would upset one of the top 3 teams, but I was thinking TBS or Gaffney honestly. A 2nd straight week with a top seed losing is having me question my sureness of these top teams. Not taking anything a way from Surrey cause they ARE a great team, but I really thought Gaffney and Algoma were a tier better than most in the West. Luckily for Algoma the lost didn't hurt their playoff seeding and with 2 stat padders left they will finish 13-3 and will most likely face Surrey in a 1st round rematch! IMO the Western playoffs are going to very wide open and very fun to watch.

Moose Jaw Mac Attack (3-11) - Win - The last time we played Moose Jaw they upset us in the 2nd Rd of playoffs!!!!
My Thoughts:
Evil Monkeys last 3 games are all vs lower tier teams and don't have any excitement or playoff excitement to them, but regardless they hold steady at the #4 spot. If Surrey Fighting Stanleys get another upset they most definitely will be moving up! The Evil Monkeys look to rest up and coast into the playoffs and watch other battle it out for seeding rights.
5.) Surrey Fighting Stanleys

These guys have 4 losses by a combine 13 pts! They lost to the Eastern Conf #2 team by 1 pt! The Toronto kicked a GW FG with :05 left. They had Lethbridge beat but two turnovers inside the redzone cost them that one. Their lost to U.C. is their only lost by more than 3 pts. I don't think they knock off TBS' great defense, but Gaffney is the one I see going down. Regardless the next two game are going to be fun to watch!
