I would use it quite a bit.

My enter button is kind of messed up, which results in a lot of blank PM's with a subject along the line's of "My LB's contr"

I usually send two pm's unless i'm extra careful, pretty embarrassing stuff

Doesn't deleting the PM from your outbox prior to the person reading it function the same way? That's the way most forum PMs work and so I assumed it did here as well.
